Shipping Policy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means so much that you want to have my art in your home. I also am an art collector and can tell you that art can bring more beauty to your home.

Please allow 5-10 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via faithkruseart@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you. NOTE: not available for one of a kind originals.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at faithkruseart@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for return.
