Longing Desire

Starting this year (2025) off with the first completed piece of a new series, I painted in December. Lately, I've been focused on smaller works, but I was eager to create something larger, to have more room to be free.

I had been struggling to find the right sources for this piece, to convey the right emotions of the vision I had, but then I suddenly found it. In a moment of spontaneity, I decided to paint this piece, pouring my heart and soul into it.

As a perfectionist, I often struggle with letting go, but I pushed past my own boundaries to create a looser, more abstract, piece, managing to not get lost in all the imperfect details. Each brush stroke is filled with love and passion.

Everyone yearns for love, and I wanted to capture a woman's deep longing to be loved and understood, patiently awaiting that connection.

My hope is that this painting evokes feelings of love, desire, and hope within you.
